This Profession of Faith is made to the pastor by anyone who
preaches, teaches, or leads ministry at Christ the King Church,
including visitors.

I renounce Satan and all the evil forces of this world that seek to
destroy me, my family, and God's church.

I believe in Jesus Christ, Who is revealed to us in the Old and New
Testaments, which are God’s inspired Word.

In my heart I believe that Jesus Christ is fully God, that Jesus
Christ has come in the flesh by the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary
and is fully human, that Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary
for the sins of the whole world, that Jesus Christ rose from the
dead on the third day and now sits at the right hand of God the
Father, and that Jesus Christ will come again.

I believe that only Jesus Christ is the Way, Truth and Life, and
that only Jesus Christ is Lord of all, in heaven, on earth and under
the earth.

This Jesus Christ I accept as my Savior because He died on the cross
for my sins.

This Jesus Christ I profess as my Lord and the One Whom I seek to
please in all that I think, say and do.

This Jesus Christ is the Authority to which I submit myself, as He
is the Head of our church and the One Who sends His Holy Spirit
to equip us, empower us, direct us and protect us, that our heavenly
Father's will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
